Yes, I'm Not A Girl

Don't remind me that I'm not a girl.  I appreciate your concern, but I'm well aware of this situation.  Thankfully, it has nothing to do with whether I can judge a book as good or bad.  The idea that only girls can like badly-written exploitative literature is offensive. 

Trust me, I read plenty of books that are intended for female readers.   I like 80% of them.  The 20% I dislike are simply - in my opinion - badly written.  And I rather doubt that my opinion would be all that much different if I was a girl!
